11k firm. Calls only. This is a very light weight camper made in Backus mn. Classic deluxe layout model "A, 19' 5th wheel." Also every available upgrade, with birch wood interior. All said and done a brand new version of this exact model with everything it has is about 40k. All appliances work good including awning and a/c. There was damage to the rear lower back portion. That has been reinforced with lots of new fiberglass, it's very solid and painted in primer as of now. The majority of the thing is in great shape. I took out the rear bench dinette so the guy doing the fiberglass could have axcess to everything necessary to make it like new. The bench dinette has been reinstalled and the cupboard has been refaced so the inside back wall is looking a whole lot better. Cabinet facing is birch and is ready to be stained to match the doors and drawers. Also gluing the wall carpet back down soon. I also welded on a 3/16" 4"x4" 6' bumper. I have a custom made gooseneck adapter I had made so I could move it to wherever it's going with my F350 if need be, as long as it isn't too far from chisago city minnesota.
