Excellent condition 17 foot Casita Spirit Deluxe camper (2004) . I am the 2nd owner and have had it two years. It has been covered with a custom cover. Original owner kept it inside storage when not in use. Dry weight is 2,385 LB. Tires are about a year old with not much use and have been covered. Battery is in good shape. Awning is in good shape. Comes with custom made mattress and a feather mattress cover, two propane tanks, spare tire, 2 burner stove (no oven), microwave. Air conditioner and heater work great (two heaters, one electric and one propane), very effective in cold weather, fan, vent, dometic 3 way refrigerator.
