This camper is 13’ long, and crazy light with a dry weight of 1200 lbs. It has a hardy fiberglass shell, with moisture wicking and insulating material in the interior, perfect for cooler temp adventures too!

The pros:
-Good tires, bearings have been packed with grease prior to last adventure
-shell and trailer in great condition
-15 gal water tank and working pump sink
-direct water connect
-power connect
-grey water tank and hose
-propane hookup on exterior, would need to add your utilities on interior
-large bed that transforms into table and seating
-bunk beds that transform into couch
-lots and lots of storage!
-backup camera
-AC until will be included that fits into camper slot
-old fridge and heater removed so that you can restore or upgrade with new efficient fridge/cooler/etc
-lights/electronics all in working order
-brakes and e brakes
-Cable TV connection and antenna

The cons:
-Escape hatch cover flew off in wind storm last spring. Still have it, but would need to be replaced. (This has been covered in storage)
-one tail light cracked, covered with duct tape for now, still functional
-linoleum peeling away. Easy fix, I would recommend replacing with click track style flooring
-battery is dead for ‘unplugged’ use. Could easily be replaced- may still even work. I’ll put on a charger for now.
-table has some warping due to it being composite material. Still functional but could be replaced
