2003 Scamp Travel Trailer Camper 16ft  Extremely Clean and everything works with full bed converts to dinette (seats 4) with side dinette (converts to single bed). Has shade awning, new 2 burner propane stove (black color), electric refrigerator (black), roof AC, new furnace, toilet, shower with wood palette to stand on, microwave, new hot water heater, kitchen sink, front door folding screen, jacks, sewer hoses, Electric plug in wires, new clean exterior water spout filler, 5 gallon water tank with pump,  screened fan vent / skylight in ceiling, emergency door hatch in ceiling, all window have good screens and windows slide properly, NO leaks, clean seat cushions with zippers (plaid), curtains, two propane tanks (half full), Co2 detector, smoke alarm, metal folding steps (portable), clean carpet, replacement hatch cover doors under seats (replaces cheap particle board original doors with solid wood and finger hole openings).  Needs a new battery. Tires barely used but has been sitting 2 years (spare tire on back with cover). We aged out of camping. Have a big notebook with all booklets for appliances and parts in Scamp, how to winterize and other information about this model. We are 2 hours south of St. Louis or 1 hour from Cape Girardeau, MO. or 1 hour north of Paducah, KY.
