Inside mods: Floor replaced and new carpeting, new mahogany plywood bulkhead for front bath and shelves, Olympic catalytic heater and small electric heater in addition to stock furnace, table replaced with mahogany plywood 2-piece setup,

Outside mods: Steel framing repainted black, deco spare tire cover, Classic Polypro 3 trailer cover.

Comments: Tires lots of tread and no cracking, no A/C, disc antenna with pole for over-the-air TV reception, needs battery.
