Very good to excellent condition. NEW 8 ply tires with good spare. 3-way fridge, electric or gas hot water heater(with gas ignition switch inside camper), fantastic fan roof air with rain fan cover, vinyl flooring, small mounted TV/DVD/Radio, 1 year old fresh water pump, newer battery and front closet mounted air conditioning. Cushions are in excellent condition, carpet insulation on walls cabinets and ceiling are in perfect condition, cabinets are all perfect, very clean camper. Electric brakes work. Outside fiberglass is very good, new cover for spare tire, wheel covers, screen door, rear leveling jacks. This year has the large rear window. Full wet bath.
