Everything works. This is a lightweight trailer weighing about 2,400 lbs. It has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a dinette which folds out into a two-person bed and the other dinette can sleep one person. Cabinet has a plug and fits a toaster oven or small microwave. We also added a hitch so we could take our bikes. Everything works and it's super cute. Air conditioning works great. These are very hard to find and are low maintenance. They also fit in your driveway or side yard nicely. I will be posting more pictures soon, but please call me. These are similar to a Scamp. We also just removed the stained carpeting and it has new vinyl plank flooring. Please call me if you are interested and I will text you the pictures as they become available. These hold their value incredibly well.
