Hi, I'm selling our 2002 Casita travel trailer. It is the 13 ft. Patriot model with the front couch/ bunk beds and dinette in back that makes into a larger bed. It has AC/ Heat Pump unit, refrigerator, sink, and 2 burner stove. It has an electric water pump and holding tank. It has new 14 inch tires, LED lights throughout, and new LP tank cover. This camper is in original condition and in great shape as you can see from the photos. It only had one owner before us and was stored inside during that time. I don't believe they used it much at all. We have had it over 2 years and loved it, but we are moving on to a bigger camper. Casita campers are very well built, hold their resale value. The 13 ft. Patriot models were last produced in 2013 so there are very few out there that come up for sale. 8700.00 Thanks.
