Non-smoker, non-pets. Great condition, no leaks. Formerly a Freedom model.  The side captain chairs/dinette have been removed and replaced with a twin size bed, but could be converted back if desired. The rear table and bench seating have been replaced with a double custom fit mattress from Southern Mattress. We dine outdoors or in bad weather use TV trays on the bed. Rear bed is 76”x45”, and side bed is 73”x31”, both 8” thick and super comfortable.

Some upgrades include:  all cabinet doors and drawer fronts have been replaced with real solid oak, interior lights are LED, rain gutters over the windows, sewer hose stowage in front PVC tube, custom-made curtains with separate aluminum sunshield/black-out covers, laminate wood flooring, MaxxAir fan, aluminum-encased patio awning, propane tank cover, reflective bellyband.

Battery is 1-year old, both the water heater and water pump are a few years older. Tires are 4 years old but plenty of tread, and good shape (covered when not in use).

Includes sink/toilet/shower combo, front AC, gas furnace, 3-way refrigerator, 2 burner gas cooktop, 2 propane tanks, black, grey, and fresh water tanks, electric brakes, rear stabilizers.

Dry weight approx. 2,000 lbs. CA registration for a 16’ trailer is “permanent” and does not require yearly renewal (unlike 17’ and larger). Clean title in hand.  Have original Owners Manual, Casita Trailer Guide, and all parts manuals.
