Up for sale I have a 2002 casita 16 deluxe. This trailer is in good condition for it's age. It's water tight, no leaks. Everything works. It comes equiped with 3 way refrigerator, 2 burner gas range, gas furnace(new december 2018), tv, AC, bathroom with shower, table that converts to a bed, custom twin matress as a perminant bed, awning, custom clean out tube holder, 2 propane bottles with cover, hanging closet, LOTS of storage, lights are all high effeciency bright LEDs, solar panel and 30 amp charge controller, fire extenguisher, sink, grey and black water tanks work and are winterized, computer fans to help the frige cool faster

There are a few things wrong with the camper: the frige currently isn't running on 110v, I think it is just the heat exchanger that needs to be replaced(about $120 on amazon), I don't usually have it plugged into shore power and it is very effecient running on propane, so I have never been conserned by this; The awning only has one arm; there is a crack in the fiberglass next to the door, the previous owner said it got caught by the wind, it doesn't look great, but it doesn't let water in.

It's a great little camper for one or two. it is light and pulls easily down the road because it has a sway controller. All the lights and brakes work and the plug is the standard 7 hole. Comes with hitch, hitch lock, locking pins. Also comes with an extra 7 prong trailer plug and an electric brake controller.

It has a clean and clear title.
