Very good condition, everything works. AC, Frig (2 years old), water heater, New woodwork, Rewired, 2 Propane tanks, Sway Bar, Newer 14inch tires, Propane cooktop, newer battery, cover. State says 1300 lbs. Clear title. Spent the first part of its life in arizona. Came to Mn 2 years ago.
