2001 burro 17’ wide body.

Came from the original owner. He bought it new in 2002. He told me he only used it for one trip and it’s been sitting since 2003. The last time the plates were registered was 2003. I would consider the interior work that he preformed as very sloppy but I am pretty picky. The cutouts for the cabinets were very poorly done as well as the cut around the fridge and the breaker box. All the cabinet doors are present. Comes with a couple boxes of parts and pieces as well as a new water tank. 2 propane tanks are included.

There is some damage around the one side window, I have no idea how that happened as it was so dirty when I got it I didn’t notice it until after I bought it. Maybe it was a factory defect. There is some minor chips and damage to the fiberglass throughout. Overall the fiberglass exterior is chalky. I just power washed it off. All the windows need to be resealed but I didn’t notice any leaks or water damage. The frame is in nice shape with exception of some minor surface rust as seen in the photos where the body meets the frame. There is two pieces of angle iron welded on the tongue. There is electric trailer brakes on the the axles but they are not wired in as the previous owner didn’t have a brake controller installed in his car.

No bathroom.

Two new tires were just installed. The rims have some slight surface rust on them. All the plexiglass windows are stained with white streaks. The front awning opens and shuts but the wing nuts to keep it up will need to be replaced as they’re rusted. I don’t have the keys for the door. Has an air conditioner/ heater all in one system.

Not perfect and will need finishing up and minor repairs. Clean title. Please message for additional photos as I can only upload 12.
