Sealed bids will be accepted at the General Stilwell Community Center  30 October - 31 October (Wednesday - Thursday) between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 01 November (Friday)between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
No bids will be accepted past 12:00 PM on 01 November (Friday).
Winning bid will be notified via phone or email the afternoon of November 01 (Friday).
If there are two winning bids of equal amount, the bid dated earliest will be the winning bid.
Terms will be followed per the signed agreement.
All items must be paid for and picked up within 3 business days.
Payment will be accepted via cash or credit card; NO CHECKS will be accepted.

Days available to pay are 04 - 06 November (Monday - Wednesday) 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
Arrangement for pickup will depend on the location of the item.

If the item is a vehicle or bus the government plates will be removed before the vehicle is released.
The winning bid will have 3 business days to pay for the vehicle and 3 business days obtain temporary registration before being able to remove the vehicle from government property.
If the winning bidder chooses to have the vehicle towed they will be able to pick up the vehicle after payment is made.
The winning bidder is responsible for knowing the California state law requirement for Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for the vehicle/bus they purchase.
