This is loved , and we really wish we could keep it forever. But, with all great things, the journey with this casita..has come to an end. We're are now a family of 5 and we just do not fit in it any longer. We've purchased a larger 5th wheel and have just had the casita in storage since the upgrade. We feel it's time for someone else to love it like we do.

The casita also comes with a custom fit cover with an entrance zipper door. And a nice low hour inverter generator (very quiet) that runs all night on less than A tank of fuel, it holds approx 1.5 gallons.

I have all of the manuals/books/pamphlets/parts booklets for all of the items in this to go with it. All items have been maintained greatly in our time.

The flaws are minimal with this i.e. , it has not gotten polished this year, the following are my opinion but need mentioning kitchen faucet looks outdated, blinds are outdated but work great, bathroom faucet is outdated looking, I'm sure there are other imperfections one with different eyes may notice. But I can assure they'd be preferential imperfections.
