The Casita camper’s shell is constructed of fiberglass so it doesn’t rust and has a dry weight of just 2200 pounds. This camper has been meticulously cared for, and is in terrific shape. She sleeps three, with a full size bed in the back (also a 4person dinette) and a twin size bed (also a 2 person dinette) along the side. She has a bathroom (toilet, sink, shower), a kitchenette (new stove top, sink, fridge, microwave), and plenty of storage space. There is air conditioning for hot days, a furnace and a fan heater for cold days, and a fan/vent for circulation.

Outside, there is an awning, a metal cargo carrier on the back, a new air conditioning shroud, and hard (never installed) and soft-sided propane tanks holders. Bearings and brakes were recently disassembled, cleaned and repacked, all interior acorn nuts and exterior rivets/cover buttons have been replaced, as have the tires. The camper comes with her own custom made Calmark cover.
