• Replaced Tires:
• Original Carlyles with 14” Goodyear, Dec 2001
• New 14” Kumho, Jul 2006
• Replaced wheels with 15” rims and new Goodyear, Aug 2015
• Made a sturdier spare tire mount, easier to remove and stow spare.
• I made a larger table that is now a base for the foot of the bed.
• Added awning on street side bedroom window, Aug 2005
• Upgraded the MagneTek charger/converter to Inteli-Power PD9145A with Charge Wizard, Jun 2006. (No more overcharged battery and a faster charge. Makes battery's last longer.)
• Added Shore Power connector for Casita power cable.
• Casita factory removed old carpet and original floor and installed new Floor and Vinyl surface, Feb 2012.
• Casita replaced original Dometic refrigerator with New Model RM2454, Jan 2015. (a great improvement over the old model)
• Added a storage box to the front of the trailer that contains the propane tanks along with storage space for hoses, connectors, etc.
• Added electric jack.
• Water filter hangs on the side of the trailer when you hook up. Home size filter element is replaceable.
• Added sewer hose stowage across frame on front of Casita.
• Bought Florida Room, May 2005. (This allows us to enclose the area under the Fiamma awning. We will give this to the buyer.)
