Very easy to use and to tow lightweight trailer. We had it for over 5 years, took it all over California, lots of fun and great memories, but kids grew out of bunk beds. No problems, no leaks, no soft spots, no pets, no smoking. Some systems were never used like sink, stove, furnace heater, TV, or solar panel.
