Hello and thanks for looking at my 1998 Casita travel trailer offered at NO RESERVE!!

This, along with many other projects, is a great little trailer that I just will never get to completing so I will leave that to you.

It comes with 2 sets of wheels, the original small 14" set (new tires) as well as the BIG 15" set that are currently on it.

Inside the trailer will need light renovation including the cushions and curtains (I ripped out the cheap original curtains to install a better system but never got that far...like I said I have too many things going on here!

Floor is good though it has a little "spring" to it, best to just overlay it with some engineered wood and be done, there is a whopping 30 sq ft of floor to cover here!

This has a a/c unit that resembles a home window unit, works great!

Fridge works, microwave work.

Has an sink and stove, shower and toilet. Also has a roof vent that comes in very handy!

Awesome small trailer package that has all the comforts of home and can be towed by a Mini Cooper!

The trailer is a 13' long unit

It has a water heater and freshwater tank as well as a storage tank for grey/blackwater

It has a dedicated power cord that looks to be about 15' long
