We have a wonderful 1997 16 foot  Casita Spirit Standard for sale. It has bunkbeds and sleeps five people. It does not have a bathroom. However, there is plenty of space to store a porta potty.

The trailer does have air-conditioning and an awning. We have barely used it because I became disabled eight years ago. We wanted to go to an appreciative home! $7500
