16' Casita Spirit Deluxe 1997

We're selling "Rita", our sweet 1997 16' Casita Spirit Deluxe. We bought it at the height of Covid in the hopes of doing some bigger travels which didn't happen and it's ready to move to someone that will love and use it often! We're hoping for $13,000 to get out most of what we've put into it and it's located in Missoula, MT.

The folks we bought it from were located in NM and it sounds like they used much more. We've run water through everything to test it but have only used the sink on trips (two week long occasions). The toilet has been cleaned but never used by us because we always had a bathroom near enough to prevent us from wanting to have to clean it out. Everything was properly winterized since we've had it and all seems to work well. It has a small electric heater that attaches to the wood plank on the wall that worked well when we used it in colder weather but comes down easily which makes sitting at the table a bit more comfortable.
