1997 13' Scamp. Interior doors have been replaced with painted plywood. LED lighting. Extra AC outlets and a 12VDC plug. Duel burner gas cooktop. Dinette complete with cushions. Bunk area has the upper bunk removed but may be easily reinstalled. No water tank or holding tanks. No bathroom. City water to the sink. Sink drained to outside container. No smoking or pets. 

New 6000 BTU conditioner with remote.  Converter to charge battery recently replaced. Vent fan for ventilation dual-speed/in/exhaust thermally controlled. Small toaster oven. Dorm mini fridge. 

Exterior has newer stabilization jacks on rear bumper. Tires replaced in 2018. Axel replaced in 2014. Has asevin pin trailer harness with trailer brakes. Frame is in great shape no cracks noted, just some surface rust. Attached awning. Swing swivel jack on tung. Fiberglass needs waxing and rear window needs  to be resealed. Skylighs may need new covers installed. One marker light needs replacement.
