I'm selling my 1995 16' Casita Spirit Deluxe camper trailer so I can get a bigger one. It is in very good condition. It has always been kept indoors or under an overhang. No leaks. I just got back from a week long hunt trip and had no issues with it. The only thing that doesn't work is the electric option on the fridge. It will only work on propane, but that's never bothered me.
Last year I put new tires on it, a new deep cycle battery in it, and did the wheel bearings. A digital thermostat was installed and moved to a better location. USB ports were installed along with a volt gauge for the battery. I also put in a 20 gallon fresh water tank and a basket on the back for extra storage. Everything in the basket is included (fresh water filter, clean water hose, sewer hose, sewer hookup connectors, wheel blocks and wood for jacking). An extra sewer tube was also added on the front to give a total of 20ft if needed.
It has been winterized so unless you have cash in hand, I will not be turning the water on.
No low ball offers. The only condition the buyer will have to agree to is I still have a lean on it so the payment will have to pend with my bank (10 days). Once cleared, the title will be sent to me to give to the buyer.
