1995 Casita Liberty Deluxe 16'

My grandparents were the original owners. In 2012 my grandfather got dementia so unfortunately I don't know much about this camper. I assume everything is original inside. The ac works and gets cold. It was used for 30+ days in August of 2015. I don't know if the fridge or stove works. There are 2 propane tanks but I don't know how to use them or check to see if they are good. The windows will probably need some new seals soon and curtains. The cushions are in great condition. I can't get the awning out and I'm afraid to try because then it might not go back in and that could cause problems towing it. The outside looks fantastic for being this old.

It does have a brand new vent hood and tires. Frame is solid, there aren't any leaks. There may be a drain tank missing from below the bathroom we just aren't sure.
