1995 13' Casita Patriot. Lightweight camper with last major modifications and upgrades in 2015.

2015 changes: New axel, upgraded wheels and tires, frame painted, vinyl flooring.

Table and bunks removed and replaced with fixed firm memory foam beds. We still have all tabletops and cushions to revert to standard layout.
All propane removed, stove, heater, etc. as it was never used and only added unneeded weight.

2" receiver hitch added to rear for bikes of extra cargo.

Things that will need attention.
Tail/running lights are original and are finicky.
Surface rust on installed receiver hitch that only has primer from installation.
