Purchased this a couple weeks ago and have changed my mind after my wife said she is not interested in doing the camping. This is too big for just me so I may be open to trades for something smaller like a 16ft. Previous owner replaced axle. Towed great on the way home. Has good bearings with bearing buddies installed, tires have small amount of dry rot but towed fine on a 500 mile trip home.
