1994 Casita travel trailer in good condition and ready to camp!

Everything works on this trailer and I have a clear title, keys to the door, carrier box and a signed off title by the previous owner to me that I will release to the new owner.

EXTERIOR: Exterior is in good condition with normal but minor wear. The fiberglass is in good condition with minor spider cracks and a few minor Knicks/bumps and bruises. There is a crack underneath the trailer on the right of the door but does not affect anything and can be patched. I have a picture of this in the listing please take a look at that. The fiberglass is clean all around and can be polished to shine. The decals are in good condition but do show wear with minor pieces missing here and there. The frame is in good condition and I repainted it along with the hitch, back bumper and carrier to clean it up and it shows very well. I just traded in the gas tanks so they are newer and full, ready for use. Has a few new parts I have replaced on the outside, new roof/plumbing vents, exterior door light lens, water tank drain valve and a battery strap. Every single one of the lights work on the outside and so does the battery and gas valve regulator. The carrier case is in good condition with lots of room for storage and it does lock with the key. You get everything you see in the carrier also. The tool box on the front works but does have a crack on the bottom with some black tape. Can easily be replaced for around $50.00 or left as is. The drivers side tail light is missing a plastic mounting tab on the one side so I put some tape on there to hold it on.

INTERIOR: The interior is in nice condition and feels clean. I have been in some other trailers about the same age that we were looking to purchase and this one feels nice and clean. The cushions are all in good condition along with the carpet on the ceiling and the floor. We had taken almost all of the wood faux adhesive off of the cabinet doors to repaint them but never got around to it. The only one we repainted is the white one on the floor under the table in the back that covers wires. We like the white but now you have the option to paint or recover them in whatever color you decide. ALL of the appliances work along with all of the lights! It has a AC unit, toilet, shower, two sinks, two burner stove, refrigerator and microwave. This unit does not have a heater but a Mr. Buddy heats it quickly so you could grab one of those and your done! All of the cabinet doors shut, sinks, toilet and shower all work. Ceiling vent works and is clean. Carpet looks really good. The floor does feel wavy on most of the floor, I assume because the body is all fiberglass and I don’t think there is any wood on these fiberglass trailers? All of the carpet in the storage areas is clean also except for one closet the carpet  looks somewhat dirty because of the items that were stored in there. This model has a very large bed which is 83” long when set up to the full length. As you can see you can have the large bed or keep a smaller bed set up and still have a dining area. All of the tables look really nice and may have been refinished at one point. The main big table does have a few chips/knicks back by the wall were it mounts in, nothing big or noticeable. As you can see in one of the last pictures the refrigerator was at 40 degrees in about 95 degrees weather outside. The curtains are heavy duty, all work and are in great condition.

OVERALL: The trailer is really good condition and everything works! It is ready to tow out and go camping. It takes a 2” ball and a 7 way connector. The tires have great tread and the spare is good with air. You get the carrier and everything in it to camp with.
