Seller Notes: “Good, vintage condition. Trailer hasn't been used in twenty years, but everything worked when last used. Some plastic exterior fixtures show UV damage.”

This trailer belongs to my 91 year-old father, and has not been used in twenty years. Everything worked when my dad last used it on a trip to Lake Tahoe.

EXTERIOR: Exterior is in good condition with normal but minor wear. The fiberglass is in good condition. The unit has a retractable awning. The fiberglass is clean all around and can be polished to shine. The decals are in good condition but do show wear with minor pieces missing here and there.

INTERIOR: The interior is in nice condition. All appliances appear to be in working order. It has an A/C unit, toilet, shower, two sinks, two-burner stove, refrigerator, built-in and vented heater and microwave oven. All of the cabinet doors shut and latch. Ceiling vent needs to be replaced. Carpet in good condition.

OVERALL: The trailer is in good condition. Some plastic, exterior parts show sun damage and should be replaced. It takes a 2” ball. The tires need to be replaced.
