No scammers or trades. 1993 Spirit Deluxe, fully furnished with kitchen, ready to use. 1650 lb. dry weight; 170-250 lb. tongue weight depending on configuration. Tows easily with a 6-cylinder vehicle, even a car (check your specification for towing and tongue weight limits). I have towed it over Donner Summit with a Lexus LS430, no problem. This is a huge advantage of early Casita 16' trailers, which are smaller and lighter than newer models.

Excellent condition. Original owner was in Salt Lake City, 1993-2011; second owner a gentleman in Boise, Idaho, who owned it from 2011-2023 and used one or two times yearly for weekend outings, and otherwise kept it garaged and winterized. It is now garaged in a 10x20 interior storage unit in Santa Maria, California. For personal reasons I cannot keep it. If you want a great lightweight trailer, this is it.

The Spirit Deluxe provides two sleeping areas: a rear double bed/dinette table and a side dinette table /single bed. Rear area has always been used as a bed. Cushions have no stains or tears. Custom curtains in perfect condition. Fiberglass structure and steel carriage are in excellent shape. All appliances work. The spare tire was new in June 2011 and has never been used. Clean title.

This model is configured for dual propane tanks. A ten-gallon tank for domestic water storage is included to connect to campground water. There is no grey water tank; a blue 6-gallon tank on wheels with hose (included) connects to drain. Black water tank is included, and functions as designed with hose stored in a new holder on front (2022). AC works fine.
