SOLD - 1993 16’ Casita Spirit Deluxe - $11000 - Grand Junction, CO

1993 Casita deluxe with front bathroom 16 foot.

Last owner updated:

  • Gel coat redone
  • Axle replaced in last year.


In the last 6 months:

  • Bearings greased
  • trailer brakes adjusted and working.
  • Fantastic Fan with automatic thermostat installed
  • 200W Solar System installed with charge controller
  • Dual battery 200aH
  • 3 inch memory foam mattress for the back dinette.
  • Fans added to Refrigerator Exhaust.
  • Replaced stock dull/malfunctioning Brake/Tail lights with LED.
  • Resealed roof rivets and vents.


Front bathroom with side dinette layout, see pics. Gas furnace next to bed with front A/c unit, both work well.

Only issue is the water heater won't stay it. I have a new ignitor for it, just haven't put it in. All water and plumbing works including the pump. It has a black and grey water tanks and a fresh water tank. Toilet flushes without issue.
