Sleeps three adults, or two adults and up to two small children. Dinette folds down into a double bed for an adult couple. The couch will convert into a bunk, but it is small, designed for children ages 10 & under. Propane heater, screen door, roof vent, ice box, battery or plug-in power, 2-burner cook stove, sink, city water hookup, electric hookups, 14-gal freshwater tank, under- and over-sink cabinets with silverware drawer, spare tire, fire extinguisher, front-side cabinets, under bench-seat storage, wardrobe, 1-7⁄8" receiver hitch, leveling jacks, awning. This camper is very clean inside and out. The frame was primed and painted two seasons ago. Most of the camper is rust-proof fiberglass. Tires are in great condition and bearings have been repacked at the start of each camping season. 2021 tabs are already on it. Pull it away and start your adventure immediately! Issues: battery and battery terminal cables are corroded and need replacement, so some simple electrical work is required to get everything in working order. We used it last season without a battery as interior electric lights and outlets work perfect with power hookup. One leg on the awning has been broken since we owned it. It’s still functional but a repair would be ideal. Cover included for storage.
