A gently loved 1993 16ft scamp deluxe travel trailer that is ready for the road but could use a little TLC and exterior maintenance. Everything is working condition. It is the layout C, with a front bunk and side bathroom.

- Recently pulled hot water heater out and flushed. 6gal Working great.

- 2 year old water pump, recently redid most of the water lines.

- Bathroom door needs to be replaced. It was loose so I pulled it off and threw it out but never got around to replace it. I Still have the piano hinge and hardware.
