Great trailer, second family to own this versatile camp trailer. Popular rear gaucho model. This frailer is unmolested. It has new AC and refrigerator. We were starting to update a bit so the curtains are down and the wall paper could be refreshed. It is clean inside and out. Has twin propane tanks and a newish 12 volt battery. The front window was just resealed and surrounding plywood was replaced. The fantastic fan is not working and we discovered that the 12 volt circuit is not working. Both should be easy fix or replace items. The price reflects the necessary repairs
