Issues:
Unbeknownst to us, this camper was a bit leaky when we bought it. The previous owner said they sealed it, but had done so improperly. I went through most of it and sealed the leaks, but I did not complete all the needed work. It is a fiberglass shell with rivets through it to hold the interior fixtures, and the areas of possible water intrusion are limited. However, it is a two person job to replace and reseal a rivet, and I no longer have a helper. I can show you how to do this and will include materials in the sale. The front and rear window seals could probably use replacement but I caulked to stop any leakage. Because of past water leaks, there is some staining on the interior. Generally, we kept it covered during rains and the cover was totally effective.

We used this camper for a pandemic home-office and it was amazing for that purpose! We never camped in it, but I towed it home from out of state and it is road worthy.
