Selling our 1987 Scamp 13. This model has the bunk beds up front and the dinette in the back (no bathroom/shower). It has been stored in our garage since we purchased it two years ago. 

Here are the items updated during renovations:

Custom paint job, Shady Boy Awning, Replaced Bunk Bed Supports, New Faucets, Backsplash, New Stovetop, Vinyl Flooring, Shelves Added to Closet, New Plexiglass, New Lights, New Door Handle and many more items.

Comes with one propane tank and a new battery. We will also include a space heater, cover, exhaust fan, and some miscellaneous items we've collected during renovations. Note: there is a small gap at the bottom of the door, which is quite common, but we did replace the interior wood in the door and reshaped to minimize the gap. 
 

This trailer helped us make some amazing memories but it is time to pass in on to the next person to make some memories of their own. We towed this with our minivan and Subaru Outback with no issues. Title in hand. Cash only.
