The Iconic Canadian Made Lil' Big Foot! Designed after another Canadian Icon; The boler. This 87' Lil' Big Foot has added improvements over the boler such as; Pop Up Window Covering Propane/ Battery Storage More Cupboards/ Closet Space More Headroom and Overall Width/ Length/ Height.
Manufacture documents (that come with the unit) state it's less than 1,000 pounds dry weight.
Unit has Ice Box, not fridge.
Unit has stove and furnace and sink (though never tested or used)
Unit comes with propane tank, and newer battery which works well.
Door locks and includes key. This unit even has a second screen door.
This unit is Alberta registered, and is waiting for a good family to take it home.
Frame has not been inspected recently, but visually looks good. Unit has fabric walls, which over the years took took on a scent due to typical condensation of fiberglass trailers. Left tire is slightly splayed, I would budget for axle. Even though it's splayed, we just recently completed a 4 hour journey with it, with no problems.
The bottom half of the unit was poorly painted 6 years ago, but the good news is, the original gel coat appears to be be perfect (see top half), and some pressure washing should remove the remaining bottom coat.
We were planning to put more work into this unit this year (axle/ remove interior fabric/ paint, floor tiles) but our towing car was stolen 7 weeks ago, and we are juggling the ongoing dilemma with that.
Lil' Big Foots typically sell for a lot more money, and usally fetch more than bolers due to their rarity.* (*as per price watching via boler.ca/facebook)
