Shell is in good condition, no cracks or leaks. New battery, new tires, comes with two propane tanks in good condition. We sanded the old paint off the bumper and tongue and repainted them. We tore out and remodeled most of the interior. Original stove in working order, new kitchen faucet and modern appliances. New toilet and vent in the John. New vinyl flooring glued down.
This project is about 90% complete, there is some work left to do. I removed the old water heater and bought a new one, but it needs to be mounted and hooked up. The overhead stove vent needs to be wired up. Electrical and plumbing all work as they should. Condition of built in A/C unit is unknown, we didn’t need it on the Oregon coast, all we know is the previous owner told us it is in working order.
This is an old trailer. It’s not perfect but it’s quite good considering.
