Time to sell my adorable little camper. 1986 U-Haul CT13 Camper. The perfect small camper made of fiberglass. Lightweight, only 1200 lbs., easy to pull for most any car or truck. Good condition, still mostly original. Located in Canon City CO.

• Front couch converts to bunkbeds, back couches and dining table convert to a full size bed.
• Cushions have the original fabric and are in good condition
• 2 burner stove and fan work well, Icebox with tray. Propane tank, new gas line installed 2017
• Water tank, hand pump and faucet are still in place but I’ve never used them.
• Original headliner and carpet in good shape, overhead fan and window fan work great
• Working cigarette lighter receptacle and 2 electrical outlets. Still has the original ash trays as well as the original Porta Potty (not used). Solar trickle charger for the lights is still working great.
• Still has the furnace, which the previous owners used but said it was hard to light, I’ve never used it.
• Tires purchased in 2016 driven only 1200 miles,  spare tire and U-Haul rim.
• Also has a removable rod for an outdoor shower.
• One window leaks a little bit in a driving rain
• Missing the inserts for the cabinets above the stove, cabinet under the sink and one under the front couch. A little crazing in a couple of spots on the exterior and some tiny chips in the front from road wear, all cosmetic.
