SOLD - 1986 13ft Scamp, partially renovated - $5,500 - Lancaster, PA

1986 13' Scamp For Sale, Partially renovated
$5,500 OR BEST OFFER

Sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children
Couch converts to bunk beds (top bunk weight max 80-100 lbs)
Bankette converts to small double bed

Perfect for comfortable, minimal impact travel -- towing capacity required: 1500 lbs (we tow it with a Subaru Outback); easy highway towing, almost no impact on gas mileage! Stripped down renovation allows for it to be repositioned manually by two adults

"elephant skin" interior (not fuzzy! easy to clean) - Painted in 2021
New upholstery and foam directly from Scamp factory in 2021
New wood table top
New sink and faucet with water hook up (not hooked up at the moment!)
New easy-clean linoleum flooring
Butcher block countertop and new/rebuilt cabinets
Tons of storage -- under banquette, under bunk, under sink, and in closet

Interior renovation and electrical (2020/2021) *see below*
New Fantastic Fan (2022)
Brand new tires and axle hubs and bearings (2023)

*Electrical is partially done. Right now the interior lights and fantastic fan work, but the outlets DO NOT.
Interior lights wired for battery use. I purchased a WFCO 8700 Series power center converter, but never had the chance to wire it in. This will not only make the outlets usable, but also charge the battery from external electrical hook up. It is included withe Scamp - ready for installation (WF-8725 25 amp)

Windows and door need some attention (kitchen window and rear window can leak during a hard downpour; they are currently taped/caulked to prevent water coming in, but will probably want long term attention). Rear window has caulk on bottom center portion. I have found that caulking it once a year does the trick.

No stove, fridge, water heater, water storage, or bathroom
Designed for easy, comfortable camping
