1985 13’ U-Haul fiberglass camper in excellent condition.  Nicely restored over the last 7 years by us and previous owner.

• new electrical wiring and power control center (Progressive Dynamics PD4000)
• new lighting inside and outside
• original solar panel still in place but not connected
• new 120V fridge installed
• All original propane systems removed (heater, stove, tank)….lines underneath still there if you want to add propane devices in future
• New air conditioner installed in front right storage locker.  Easily cools this little camper.
• 4 windows replaced with Scamp windows (sliders in front and back and crank-outs on sides). These are much better than originals for getting ventilation into the camper.  There is a 2” hole in one of the screens which we have yet to fix.
• New cherry wood cabinet doors (with safety latches)
• New upholstery on all original cushions….also some custom made U-Haul pillows
• Overhead ceiling cover replaced with new foam and upholstery
• Fantastic fan
• Frame (heavy duty tubular) was primed/painted….original resin-encapsulated wood floor is in great shape
• Reproduction U-Haul decals have been applied.
• New gas struts for front window cover
• New, correct weatherstrip for door
• Original taillights with some cracks
• All exterior and interior lighting in working order
• Napa deep-cycle battery is about 6 years old, but works fine and we have always kept on battery tender when not in use.
• 2 new tires (Carlisle Radial Trail HD) just installed with literally zero miles. Repainted wheels at the same time.  Spare tire is older.
• Bag awning in excellent condition
• Original sink, pump faucet, and water tank
• Still has original carpet….this was to be our next project
• Other included parts:  original icebox and cabinet doors, 2 spare factory wheel bearings, Sunbrella cover)

This is a great, solidly built little camper in oustanding condition.  It weighs approximately 1250 lbs dry and can be easily pulled by almost anything.
