1985 Casita Spirit Deluxe 16 foot camper trailer w/ bench seat (now called the Heritage model)
Bought so we could refinish it but priorities changed and I want to buy a house
Needs some TLC - mostly minor stuff
Have a second used furnace for it as the original works but wasn't mounted when purchased
Back window was not in it when purchased, broken, will need Plexiglass replacement
Never messed with the fridge to find out if it worked or not as we always had coolers
Hasn't been out camping since last summer around august
Cracked rear taillight, both dim, need newer bulbs
Trying to get what we paid for it or at least close to
$6,000 obo
