1984 13’ Scamp Bunk version

Approximately 900 lbs, can be towed with most vehicles. Slim rounded profile, easy to see around while towing.

Mostly original with some modifications.
Electric brake system and new 12v battery with wiring installed (professionally).
Dinette table folds down to full bed.
Bunk beds fold down to couch.
Kitchenette- water and grey water with hook ups. Hand pump for water or city water option.
Ice box (not refrigerated, think cooler)
Propane stove (works great)
New propane tank.
Electrical has 12v with minimal hook up- only powers cabin lights but capacity to add more.
120v power with hook ups. Electrical outlet, cabin lights, ac/fan.
AC/ fan in good operational condition.
All windows have screens, intact.
Cushions original but covered with new fabric.
No bathroom.

Will include back up camera, 5000 lb jacks, clean and gray water hoses, wheel chocks, and tongue blocks with purchase.

Previous owner replaced Axel.
Stored under cover since purchase.
No leaks.
