I bought it two years from a guy in Alabama that said he bought it in Arkansas.

The previous owner bought all the new parts to fix it up but then his plans changed. He put new tires on it, I think the axle may have been replaced at some point, I'm not really an expert on these though. Pulls easily down the road. As far as I can tell the solar panels work and the batteries stay charged.

Comes with a new stove, an exhaust fan, new plexiglass (needs to be cut) and seals from Scamp for the for the front and rear windows. New rock guard for the front. Also comes with the storage cupboard to be installed on the ceiling.

I had it covered until the cover fell apart this summer, it's under a hackberry tree so even though I washed it, it could still use a deep clean. The gel coat is decent overall, it has a few thin spots that might need some touch up or maybe just a good buff. The only leak I'm aware of is in the front window where the seals come together.
