Hi y’all! I’m listing my 1982 Burro -13 ft for sale that I have only owned for two weeks (purchased 4/15). Only reason I’m selling it is because a scamp we originally planned on buying back in March that had fallen through is back on the market and we have first dibs. The scamp fits our families needs more (bunks for my two kiddos), which is why we have made the decision to sell. We’re looking to just get what we have into it, so this is a great deal for someone (imo!)

*full disclosure- after we got it home and inspecting it (4/19) we discovered the floor by the door had some water damage (not wet at all… dry, so it seems like it is not a fresh/active leak.) we only noticed because we planned on putting down new flooring and I wanted to see the thickness of the sub floor underneath. I have only removed a few floor planks, so I am unsure of how extensive the damage is and if it is just through the sub floor or on the original floor its self. 

Here is some information that was included in the previous owners post:

New exterior paint, new wiring, new lights, floors, fridge, custom cushions & mattress, storage, pop up outlet with usb charger, 12v  TV.

Has propane 2 burner stove, window AC unit & stand, curtains, water hose, power cord, ports potty under front seat.  

I *just* registered it on Tuesday of this past week, so should have that coming in the mail soon. 

It is such a cute camper and the previous owner did an amazing job renovating it. We would hate to start renovating it to our needs when it might be perfect for someone else. I really hope it will bring as much joy to someone as we had hoped it would for us. 

I have included pictures of how the previous owner had set it up while she owned it. As you will see, she did a great job!
