1981 Scamp, 13' still has original 3 trees decals

I bought this 3 weeks ago with plans to rehab/renovate it but then life happened and I very sadly need to sell it. I'm asking 8,000 but am open to other offers. I'm in southern Minnesota and open to transporting it to you.

The good:

Brand new professionally made cushions still in their plastic bags

New from the factory cupboard doors, freshly painted a soft white I ran out of screws so I can't install the third cupboard yet, I'll post new photos once I get that put back.

New furnace

New propane line

Elephant skin in great shape

No leaks, the fiberglass is in good shape and the rivets are either capped or covered in silicone

All the windows open and close smoothly

New sink and countertop

Solid floor

Needs to be done:

The previous owner removed the front couch so it's a blank slate ready to be customized however you like.

The previous owner put in a new sink but not a faucet, I can't figure out why but I haven't had time to install one yet.

Fix tail lights, I used a magnetic set to bring it home.

The door isn't flush at the base, I've got foam adhesive tucked in for now.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The previous owner said that the axel was replaced "recently" but I haven't had it inspected to confirm its condition.
