New tires, new battery, new 120v refrigerator, new kitchen faucet, new city water connector and hose, plus ceiling vent, AC, and a plug in heater. The stove works great and there’s actually still gas in the tank. The trailer is dometic capable, I removed the broken dometic refrigerator and put in the 120v but left all the hook ups if someone wanted to transition back to the dometic model. There’s a 5 gallon water tank with a hand pump on the sink if you can’t hook to the city water. Original upholstery but I made new curtains. Sleeps 4.

It has two extra hitch attachments and stabilizer jacks.

The trailer is great, I used it for my circus tour and I’m selling so I can buy a 16’ model with a bathroom:) for my next tour.
