Tucson, Arizona. Project 13ft 1980 acorn, no bathroom, partially renovated for sale. Replaced entire metal frame and shocks/axels and significantly cleaned up / cleared out interior. No longer has propane or deep cycle batteries and replaced w/ toolbox. Removed the table, replaced with a larger bed.

Not currently safe to tow - needs weight added to front and needs new tires.

Basically, we no longer have time to work on it and so it needs a new home! Currently asking $7000 but negotiable.
