Original, amazing, adorable Boler for sale. We have loved this trailer for a few years, but sadly, our family has outgrown it. Had we the time and space, we would reno it, but it's not something we can take on right now.

The interior has not been renovated and is in mixed condition. It's 40 years old this year and showing its age. It's usable - larger bed is a fair size for two adults considering the trailers small size. The upper bunk needs reinforcing, but the bottom one could be used as is. We never used the sink, stove or fridge but they are still there. Apparently the furnace was used by the last owner, but we never tried it or had it serviced. The lights DO work on battery or plug in, but the electrical panel is from another era. Has a custom built screen door added and the original awning with new poles. The frame was inspected in 2018 and is in good shape. This model has all wood cabinetry and its in need of replacement since there has been humidity and water in places. Vent was recently replaced as the old one was cracked. We have gone around the windows with RV sealant, but the seals will need to be replaced eventually. We always keep it under a tarp, but the previous owner had it exposed from time to time. 13 foot model.
