1978 Scamp 13’ Fiberglass travel trailer for sale and ready to camp! Mostly original with 4 year old tires (including spare) with under 2k miles on them. We had plans to update it fully but our free time has been too little to invest in it.

Frame is in good shape and electric was all redone throughout upon purchase in 2012, and has a 7-pin trailer connection as well as a 110v (three-prong Edison style) 15’ cord for when you are parked. There is an 8-track cassette player with a speaker that is not connected to the electrical system (we had planned on updating but have not).

The furnace has never worked since we purchased, but we use a portal electric one inside that works just fine. 

Kitchen has working gas 2-burner stove, ice box, and sink as well as overhead storage. We added shelving to the closet as well.

Front gaucho bench is missing the poles for the bunk-bed style set up.

All louvered windows are in good shape as well.

Front tongue has a 5-gallon propane nest and connections, marine battery, and small metal storage box. Trailer connection is a 7-pin hook up (not 4-pin) and we will include the trailer receiver (has a 1-7/8” ball connection) as well as the trailer lock.

Fiberglass is in decent condition; we had a repair done when we purchased in 2012 that’s held up perfectly. There are small pebble size dimples in the front from towing and a few hairline fractures that are not critical. The door does sag a bit (which is a common issue with these).

There is a water holding tank that is not connected and has a missing fill cover and we are not sure of the capacity.

Additional extras: 25’ water hose, 10’ garden hose (for waste water) tire levelers and a few jacks. We will throw in the receiver balls we have (1- straight and 1- low drop)  as well as wheel chocks.
