Definitely needs TLC but is useable as is. Would be a great winter project to restore to former glory.
-removable "fresh water tank" DIY job. See photos

-Permanent bed in back (meant to be couch but no cushions only mattress)

-Original fridge and freezer- only works on AC power. Semi cold on battery. Propane not hooked up.

Bathroom window missing- just screen. Doesn't effect since bathroom is entirely contained plastic unit.
Windows leak a bit in downpour. entire window (and door while you're at it) reseal needed.
Can be towed by any vehicle with 7 way plug.
Laminate floor put down over existing floor. Soft spot in far back corner.
