She’s essentially ready to go, but she was fixed up for us so I will include all the other original Boler parts so you can customize to whatever you want.. Or just sell them. They are worth some money and hard to find.

She’s maximum 1200 pounds.
Needs 8’ clearance for parking.
New Stove, doubles as a heater if needed...but it’s always toasty.

Sleeps 3 currently
(but as mentioned above, I’m including the conversion parts for bunkbeds)
New Beautiful LED lights that lights that shine white, blue, green, or red with a dimmer and remote.
Under bed storage, under sink storage, kitchen cabinet storage and a tall cabinet for storage.
I installed a giant vintage treasure chest onto the tongue that holds 150 quart marine cooler included. This holds 4x the amount the tiny old crappy original refrigerator held. :)
A dual propane mounted, one goes directly to the stove, and one goes to the original furnace which I could never get to work.
But it’s there so if you know anyone handy!
Custom made curtains, that look absolutely beautiful when you wake up in the morning with the sun shining through them.

I couldn’t afford to buy the $50,000 base models of the new versions of these, so I turn this into something just as beautiful.
